Our company was established in 1987 by Mary Ann Teders. She has always valued hard work. With strong values and work ethics, she has successfully made this company what it is today.

Cynthia Teders Glassman has a degree in Accounting and has been working in the field since 1988. She is an Enrolled Agent specializes in Business returns and is a Notary Public. She is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents and California Society of Enrolled Agents. | |

Priscilla Lerma is our office manager. She is experienced in bookkeeping, payroll, and in the field of real estate. Pris is an Enrolled Agent, and has been preparing taxes since 1981. She is a Notary Public and is currently serving as President for 2011-2012 of the Inland Empire Chapter of California Society of Tax Consultants. | |
